As an Aromatherapist, I hope to concentrate on the many uses of incorporating Aromatherapy and essential oils “simply” into your daily lives. As you may know, aromatherapy can be useful for many common complaints like headaches from stress, women’s issues, muscle aches and pains and so much more. There are many facets to aromatherapy from clinical, spiritual, cooking, teaching, research, writing to natural perfumery and just being playful with scent. Aromatherapy should be “FUN” after all.
