2 drops Tangerine – to uplift and refresh;
5 drops Australian Sandalwood – to strengthen and encourage;
1 drop Ylang Ylang – to promote sensual awareness.
Mix essential oils above and add to 2 cups Powdered milk or milk. You could also add ½ cup colloidal oatmeal for its gentle softening properties. Mix into a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Emerge with soft skin, a warm glow, as stresses fade away.
