“It’s not true I had nothing on. I had the radio on.” ~ Marilyn Monroe
The weather’s not cooperating – it’s rainy, snowy, or windy and, yes, even the groundhog says “Old Man Winter” is here for another 6 weeks. Why not put the world on hold and escape the everyday demands and experience a Rose Scented Milk Bath – a simple luxury in today’s fast-paced times. Create the perfect solitary ambiance. Begin drawing a warm bath, sip a cup of tea, play soft music, and light a few candles. This sets in motion your own private transformation. This bath is just for you – no distractions.
Not just any bath, but one that allows your thoughts to slowly drift and quiet the mind while calming the senses with aromatic essential oils. Let the water gently glide over and surround your skin, while easing away any stresses of the day. Adding powdered milk and colloidal oatmeal to a warm bath is simply wonderful as they always leave the skin feeling incredibly silky soft – rose petal soft. Relax 15-20 minutes. Emerge feeling rejuvenated.
When you desire some quiet solitude for the soul, try this scented milk bath:
1 ½ cups Powdered Milk ● ½ cup Colloidal Oatmeal ● Rose Petals (optional).
Combine above ingredients to warm bath water. Once bath is filled, add the following essential oils to 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil and then add to bath water, gently swirling in water before immersion:
● 3 drops Rose Absolute (sweet & flowery, anti-depressant, aphrodisiac, sedative)
● 2 drops Sandalwood (sweet & rich, comforting, aphrodisiac, aid in meditation)
● 2 drops Lavender (clean, fresh – calming and soothing).
Baths are truly an art form and with a partner can be playful and sensual.
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner create your own atmosphere of intimacy.

I can almost smell this bath!
Great idea.. I’ve never added powdered milk to a bath.
