Add the soothing essential oils of relaxing Lavender-French, uplifting Sweet Orange, comforting Eucalyptus, and sensual Sandalwood – you have an timeless recipe for letting go the stresses of the day.
Mix essential oils together and add to 1 tablespoon of bath salts or carrier oil such as sweet almond oil and add to warm bath water. Gently disperse and relax for 10-15 minutes. Add candlelight and/or music and slowly drift away.
