Boost your ENERGY with Essential Oils

BoostYourEnergyJuly2014
There are times when many of us may need a boost to increase our energy levels for any extra demands placed upon our time. In addition to a regular exercise regimen, eating a healthy diet, drinking more water and getting regular sleep, try using energizing and balancing essential oils that can help regulate energy levels. They also help to improve your body’s immune response and reduce stress in a hectic environment. Whatever goals you choose daily or if you need to stay focused on your projects, utilize the invigorating qualities of essentials oils.

Surround yourself in your home, car or office with some of the following essential oils that help with mental fatigue, are uplifting while helping to clear the mind, strengthen the memory, and promote alertness. Here’s a list of essential oils utilized for their energizing properties: Basil, bay rum, bergamot, cardamom, cedarwood, cinnamon, clary sage, coriander, eucalyptus, geranium, grapefruit, ginger, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, nutmeg, orange, patchouli, peppermint, pine, rosemary and spruce. Of course, there are many other essential oils that could be added to this list, but these will give you a good start with your blending.

Be sure to use these diffuser recipes anytime an extra boost of energy is needed!
