1 cup Rose Hydrosol
(Adds a delicate scent and softens the skin)

Aromatic Essential Oils:
4 drops Rose Otto or Rose de Mai Absolute
3 drops Lavender-French
2 drops Frankincense

1 teaspoon Baking Soda
(helps exfoliate dead skin cells)

Mix all dry ingredients together – set aside.
Mix aromatic essential oils and add to rose hydrosol,
slowly mix hydrosol and essential oils with dry ingredients.

Run a warm bath and add milk bath mixture –
gently swirling around with your hand until dispersed.

Sprinkle a few handfuls of fresh rose petals (optional)

Relax and enjoy!

About Aromatherapy Contessa

I love creating aromatic blends with essential oils whether for my Arlys Naturals product lines, for fun, or for customer special orders. I'm just drawn into the veil of mystery that nature has provided through these living plants, not just in their aromatic properties, but also their natural healing properties.
